I needed a routine yearly a.c. maintenance done. They did a great job. The only complaint I had is that it took over a month to get the appointment. The gentleman who came was great.

We were a little put off by the suggestion that we consider spending $700. to install an additional UV bulb. It had never been mentioned before, and we don't understand why this unit that was purchased from ECM didn't have it to begin with. One was included, so we don't know why a second one would be needed now.
